Are all camping tariffs inclusive?

The tariffs are including tourist tax, 16 ampere elecktricity connection, showers and (hot) water, entrance to the swimming pool and other facilities. Discount cards like ACSI, ANWB CAMPING KEY AND ADAC CAMP CARD don’t include tourist tax per person per night.

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

Pets are not allowed in the rental accommodation

Pets are allowed on the camping pitches (maximum 2 pets). Dogs have to be on a leash at all times. Please, walk your dog outside the camping area and please pick up after it.

Can I have an extra tent next to my camping device?

One small tent (maximum 6m2) is allowed without any extra costs.

Can I park my car on the pitch or next to my accommodation?

You are not allowed to park your car on the pitch itself. Please park your car on one of the allocated parkingspaces available on the campsite itself

Can i visit the swimming pool as a non-guest?

No, only camping guests are allowed in our swimming pool

Do you allow groups of youth at your camp site?

No we do not allow youth or groups of youth.

How many ampere is there available?

Every camping pitch has 16 ampere available

Grilling is allowed, if you don’t cause any nuisance to other guests, please have a bucket of water available in case you need it. Open fires or fire baskets are not allowed

Is there WIFI available?

Yes, we have WIFI. You can buy a code at the reception for € 1 per 24 hours. One user at a time.

Is there a dishwasher in the accommodations?

The BeachLodges have dishwashers, the luxury chalets do not.

Is there a micro wave available in the rental accommodation?

Yes there are micro wave available in the chalet

Is there a water outlet available on the camping pitch?

On all pitches there is a water outlet available. You can empty your chemical toilets at a special designated area in the sanitary building and there is a special camper service point where you can also empty your dirty water tank.

What are the arrival- and departure times?

Pitches: arrival from 1.30 pm, departure before 11.00 am.Caravans for hire: arrival from 3.30 pm, departure before 10.00 am.

What if I arrive outside the reception opening hours?

If you arrive outside of our opening hours you can:- pick up your keys at the restaurant- is the restaurant closed, then you can ring the doorbell (via the intercom) at the frontdoor of the bungalow (situated next to the reception).

When is there an animation team?

From July 3 to August 28, 2022 (summer vacations) you can expect entertainment at Camping Tempelhof.
